Just a quick update: Our second attorney Carl Shusterman (www.shusterman.com) is officially on board with us. He is currently reviewing immigration documents sent to his office including the Prevailing Wage Determination, the Employment Agreement, the Notice of Filing the ETA 9089, and other documents.
We are also transferring all candidates' files over to his office so that they can be checked for completeness. If there is anything lacking, we will let you know. Your recruiter should have sent an Acknowledgement letter that you are ok with transferring your file to Shusterman's law offices. Please sent that back asap.
