Welcome to the 2020 New Year. Hope everyone had a safe and happy New Year.
We have begun to send files over to the new attorney. Once the attorney has the file, the current paperwork will be reviewed. You will be contacted directly by Shusterman’s office for any missing documents, documents to update or when your I-140 is filed. When your I-140 is filed you will receive a Receipt # so you can track the progress of your application.
There are some new requirements from the new attorney and USCIS. If you have not been contacted by your recruiter for updated passport pages, or have not sent in your new attorney Acknowledgement letter, your file will not be transferred to their office.
